Papp’s lab, at the Synthetic and Systems Biology Unit of the Biological Research Centre (BRC) in Szeged (Hungary), is developing novel computational methods to analyse functional genomic datasets and to automate scientific discovery in the fields of systems biology and drug discovery. They focus on understanding genetic interaction networks, automated refinement of metabolic network models, and automated discovery of optimal antimicrobial drug combinations.
